Attorney for the Universidad de Piura. MBA from Centrum - Católica. Her principal experience is in administrative, environmental, hydrocarbons, maritime, port, fishing and civil law. She has also drafted and implemented strategic, economic and social plans aimed at sustainable development, and taken part as organiser and panellist in events in Peru concerning administrative law, environmental law and constitutional law. She has collaborated in articles and publications for the legal magazine Revista Jurídica Ayllu produced by the High Court of Justice of Ventanilla - North-west Lima.
